Exercise – Even if you don’t exercise now, you need to start and make sure you sweat so that you can lose that fat.  And working out is a quicker way to get rid of unwanted fat.   The first thing that comes to mind when you think of exercising is having to go to the gym and use all the machines to get a great body.   That’s just not true.   You can either become a part of some sports activities or just simply take a walk in the park with some friends.   It doesn’t matter what you do as long as you sweat, because that indicates that you’re burning fat also.

Don’t overeat -  Yes, there is just so much good food out there that it is hard to resist taking a bite.   The size of your bite doesn’t need to be so big though.   You will be able to enjoy the taste more if you don’t stuff yourself, so eat smaller portions.   In order to cut down on the amount you eat, you need a lot of discipline and practice because it’s not easy.   In the future, you’ll be able to get to that point by consuming less food, and as a result, less fat.
