If you do use a hot compress and you are bruised on the limbs, make sure that you try to raise them about your head so that the bruise is up high. This will help the blood to drain from the affected area.
Last of all it is going to be important for you to try to eat the right sort of foods. Bruising can be caused when you are getting a lack of vitamins K which is used to help with clotting of blood. Therefore you should make sure you get dark green vegetables such as cabbage or spinach into your diet. In addition to this when you have been bruised, you should try to get vitamins C into your diet through eating things like fruit such as lemons and oranges.
